Greta Price is a 2002 graduate of Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia where she earned a Juris Doctorate. Originally from West Virginia, she obtained a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Relations and Human Resources in 1999 from West Virginia University Institute of Technology. She was admitted to Tennessee Bar in 2002 and then admitted to the Kentucky bar in 2003. Greta managed her own firm for a number of years where she practiced criminal defense, family law, real estate transactions, municipal law and a variety of other areas. In 2013 she exclusively limited her practice to Social Security Disability and federal criminal defense in the Eastern District of Kentucky. Performing social security hearings in multiple states, including: Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia and Ohio, she has represented more than 1000 individuals seeking disability benefits. Greta heads up the firm’s Social Security Disability practice.
Greta served as a member of the Army National Guard from 1996 until 2005. She is currently a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
